From our very first in-home visit to the day you attend your first college class we will be there every step of the way. In home visits, monthly communications, academic evaluations, 4 game/or practice evaluations, help with your resume and emails are just part of our personalized approach to helping you find the right college, sports program and coach. If along the way, we decide a preparatory school is the best option we got you covered.
In Person Evaluations
College Coaches, former collegiate athletes and professional player's make up our staff. With years of experience, our staff has the capabilities and expertise to evaluate your athletic abilities and help you get to the next level. At All in College Sports, we will evaluate you in person on at least four separate occasions. We know what college coaches are looking for to build their programs and we will help advise you every step of the way.
Connecting with College Coach
All In College Sports will help you create a resume that will attract college coaches. We will develop emails that highlight your academic and athletic abilities. College coaches will know you are serious about your sport and their programs and will welcome you into their program.
All In College Sports will connect with your college coaches on your behalf prior to your tournaments, let them know when and where you are playing and meet them during your competition for "real time" feed back you.

Ed Matz has over 30 years of collegiate administrative and coaching experience at the NCAA Division I and III level. Matz's career in intercollegiate athletics has taken him from a NCAA Division III coach at Castleton University, Head Men's and Women's Soccer coach at Northeastern University, Head Women's Soccer Coach at University of Massachusetts, Director of Athletics and Head Basketball Coach at Wheelock College in Boston, MA. Matz founded All In College Sports Agency with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative and ground-breaking collegiate athlete recruiting agency in the world. He will put all of his knowledge, experiences and utilize every college coach relationship he has acquired over the past 30 years to help everyone of his clients find the perfect college campus, academic institution and athletic program.
